1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Imsakiye: Ramazan 2026 application, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms of service. If you do not accept any of these terms, you should not use the application.

2. Service Description

The application is a tool that provides users with daily prayer times, imsakiye information, iftar and sahur countdowns and information about religious days. The data provided is tried to be aligned with the data provided by the Presidency of Religious Affairs and relevant authorities.

3. Disclaimer

Although we show the highest sensitivity while providing our services:

100% guarantee is not given for the accuracy of the times. Users are advised to check local calendars in critical situations.
Application developers cannot be held responsible for technical disruptions, notification delays or data errors that may occur during the use of the application.

4. Usage Restrictions

It is forbidden to copy the content of the application, reverse engineer it or use it without permission for commercial purposes. The application is for personal use only.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

The application may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Important information about subscriptions:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's App Store account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
Subscription prices and options are clearly stated within the app at the time of purchase.
